Deserves negative stars. Company practices predatory tactics. Will get you to book with unbelievably (too good to be true - and was not true!) low price, require a down payment via bank ACH transfer so that you can't dispute via credit card, claim they will match you with a "reputable" local carrier, then keep your money even if that local carrier charges considerably more than quote, or cancels the pickup due to carrier's inability to securely pack/crate a valued object (as specified and detailed and confirmed in advance in writing and verbally per contract). Entrusted kept our $2300 deposit for doing nothing but estimating. Do NOT trust "Entrusted" with your valuable items.

Do NOT work with this company! Entrusted Van Lines betrayed our trust and failed to move our family furniture safely from Baton Rouge, LA to Richmond, VA safely. When we made our contract we were assigned a representative who promised to foresee all the steps of the process. After we paid their deposit, they never followed up. They did not choose reliable contractors. On the pick-up, we were told to pay $700 extra. After talking to the movers for hours, they finally dropped the extra. The customer service was not helpful and our representative never got back to our call and texts. We were very concerned about our furniture and sent a detailed feedback to the customer service and the support unit. After 8 days, we got no call, no response. Today, they delivered our furniture. We are missing several items and some of our furniture is severely damaged such as the legs broken off of a chest of drawers and a wooden table snapped in half. They had one job: to carry our stuff safely and they failed it so badly. All the stress we have gone through in the last 10 days is inexplicable. We will never work with this company again. We would not recommend anyone to use this service. Our rating is "0".

This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. First they charged me way over what I was quoted whatever moving is expensive, but then they kept adding more and more charges. Well when the movers came they alerted me they could not set my beds up because half the frame was missing. Well after starting to unpack I realized half my stuff was missing, 2 mirrors, my bed frames, boxes with a lot in them, tables (3),pictures and much more I made a claim and lost items came out to about $3700. They replied that they were very sorry but sometimes when moving items can be lost. They offered me $75 for the lost items based off the “insurance” I had purchased. Which I did not even get that specific one. They replied with sorry the case is closed we will mail you your check. Fine whatever the items I’ll eventually replaced, but I paid for a service (a lot) and didn’t even receive the service paid for!!! I advise you just move your stuff alone with a uhaul truck and pay people to unload and load it for you moving companies are horrible this one being the worst.

This is a disgusting and evil company that preys on people who don't understand how the moving industry works. They will take and keep up to a 50% deposit and farm you off to the cheapest company possible if they can find a company whos willing to pick you up. They are so terrible they have to change their company name every 6 months and keep several on the back burner. Most recently they were New Horizon moving and storage. These people need to be taken down and thrown in jail. Look into the names WORLDWIDE NOMINEE LLC , CORPORATE CREATIONS NETWORK, INC ,they all go back to here: Computershare Governance Services Inc. 100 Beard Sawmill Road. Shelton, CT 06484 .

They gave me an estimate of $3,800 and they charged me an extra $2,600. They claimed it would be an extra $2,000 to take my box spring and bed frame, so that had to be left behind.

They refused to give me any indication of what day my furniture was to arrive, despite the fact that I had to schedule travel around it, and despite their promise of 7 days' notice. Every time I called, they gave me different info, and sometimes were downright rude. "What's your name?" "I'm not telling you." "Can I speak to a manager?" "I am the manager."

When they showed up, they demanded an extra $600 just because I was on the fifth floor, not the first. They ruined my chair and loveseat and significantly gouged my heirloom mahogany bookcase. All of my boxes arrived in very poor, beat up condition.

Don't believe the 5-star reviews here--they are obviously faked. Hoping to save someone from my fate!

Entrusted contracted me out to a moving company called Sam and Sons. Sam and sons have not delivered my items and I have filled a police report. Police officer in North Alrlington says there are MULTIPLE reports about this company and furniture being stollen and not delivered. Entrusted man on their “888-506-3235” number is beyond rude and started to swear at me when I asked for a refund ( least they could do as all of my belongings are gone ). Don’t use Entrusted or Sam and Sons.

Initially Entrusted was professional, Attentive and nice, returned your calls, however once they receive your deposit you are no longer able to contact anyone at this company. Emails are returned stating not found, the numbers are either voicemail or wrong, the customer service number once answered as a voicemail, however the closer to my date the number was saying disconnected. I had a friend call the same number she got an answer as if a person would be with her in a minute but continued to get the same message until the phone up hung up. Here are my details:I contacted EntrustedVanLines on 9/22/2022 I requested a move date of November 28-29, 2022, Vincent stated I can contact him anytime, I paid my deposit of $1149, once I paid the deposit

Entrusted Van Lines sent me an email from their operations manager Danielle I would receive a call on 11/22/2022 at 4:00pm to discuss the logistics of the move. Well the call never came. I called them at 4:10pm to receive only a voicemail, and eventually the customer service line started saying disconnected. Today is 12/3/2022, I had to rent a uhaul to move from Indiana to Nevada. As of today 12/3/2022 still no contact with Entrusted Van Lines. I deserve my money back and I encourage anyone reading this do not trust them, read all reviews on Google, BBB you will see there is a trend and this company is not legitmate.

If you are moving to a new state, DO NOT use this company! After estimate and verification of pick up were set, the movers didn't show up until 9 at night and they were supposed to be there between 8-12. I called 4 times to find out what was going on, no one could tell me anything and I had absolutely no call back. It wasn't even Entrusted Van Lines that showed up to move and I was charged even more than the original agreement. What a completely HORRIBLE experience and a scam. I would have never used this company if I knew that were going to sublet my move!! RIDICULOUS!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

First, Vince based my move on a 5x10 storage unit. What I didn’t know is that is actually 500 CF, but he based the original estimate on 350 CF, causing the quote to go up by $2k during the QA call. That should have been my first red flag. If he based it on 500 CF. I would have gone with PODS, like I was originally planning to do, and Vince knew that.

Vince also said that I was planning my move far enough in advance so that my desired delivery date would be no problem. After my items were picked up, I was told by the dispatcher they had 10 days from my first available date, which is 9/1. I was hoping for delivery on the 2nd or 3rd. I’m sure you can do the math. I was told Great American would be contacting me about the move, but they subcontracted to Nationwide... second red flag.

At the time of pick up, the driver padded the inventory list, and I was contacted the next day about an ADDITIONAL $2k being added to the total. I take responsibility for not reviewing the list more carefully, but what reputable company takes advantage of people like that?! At this point, all I wanted was to get my stuff back! That’s when I started speaking to Connor, then Danielle, then anyone who would answer the phone. In not one of those dozen or so conversations did I get any answers except “let me reach out and I’ll call you back”. No one was able to figure out that Great American subcontracted Nationwide, and I was actually accused of double booking my move!

On 8/27, I reached out to a Great American Movers (not the same one contracted by Entrusted), and he was nice enough to look up the DOT # for me and provide an alternate # for Nationwide. That is the only reason I was able to track down the dispatcher. Why couldn’t Entrusted do that?

Fast forward to the delivery date. Three items were missing, including 2 large boxes containing irreplaceable items. There were also numerous broken items. I was given a claims company to contact, but they didn't handle claims for Nationwide, so I had to track down the correct company on my own. Once again Entrusted was useless.

Do not use this company it is a scam the movers damaged the front door to my home and promise to fix it it's been 2 and 1/2 weeks and they still haven't fixed it the trailer that was hauling my furniture was impounded I was not notified I had to contact several people to find out it's been two and a half weeks no other response after further research found my furniture is in a warehouse in Colorado but I was not notified I had to find this out on my own I received several different invoices with different amounts it went from 3,200 to $10,000 when I had given away half of my furniture they said it was the cubic square feet all I can say is if you don't value your money or your furniture go ahead and use this company

WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH! First of all, the number of bait and switch tactics are insane! Hire an attorney instead of this company!

1. FIRST PROBLEM: We contacted Entrusted Van Lines(lies). They received all our inventory, boxes, counts, square footage, etc. They say there is a deposit and send a quote. We complete the paperwork, authorize the quote and wait. I tell them I want to pay with a credit card, they say, "Unfortunately, deposits can only be processed through bank authorization. I call my bank and authorized the appropriate amount to be taken and complete their forms for bank authorization." They assure me I can pay with pick up fee and delivery fee with my credit card.

2. SECOND PROBLEM: We provide all the information needed to pay our deposit, and nothing comes out of our account. We call, Entrusted Van Lines (lies) says, "We have already dispatched a truck, they can collect 1/2 upon pick up, sorry for the confusion" then tell you "We'll collect half of the money upon pick up because authorization couldn't process before the truck was dispatched. Sorry for the inconvenience. Just have a money order there for 1/2 the quote". We verify the amount, company, etc. And confirm pick up on Friday, September 16th, 12pm - 4 pm.

3. PROBLEM 3: No truck show up on Friday, September 16th. We call Entrusted Van Lines(lies) they they tell us they will get ahold of dispatch. They call back and say "Sorry, the truck is coming from Las Vegas and is enroute. They will be there Saturday the 17th between 11-2"

4. PROBLEM 4: When the truck shows up, it's a company called US Safe Moving company. They verify they have been contracted by Entrusted Van Lines/lies. We hand them the cashiers check for 1/2 and they say..."Oh sorry, we actually can't accept the payment because it's made out to Entrusted Van Lines(lies) but don't worry about it. Their company will call and give us a form to pay with a credit card. They load stuff and claim they can't take everything because it's over the estimated amount. We say that is impossible as we provided cubic feet, sizes and number of boxes, widths, weight, and a complete inventory list. The US Safe Moving workers say they are sorry but they can't take more.

5. PROBLEM 5: We receive a bill for OVER 5K from the agreed upon amount. It is received via email. We are pissed but want to make sure we pay our initial 1/2 because they did pick it up and we don't want anything stopping the delivery. We get ahold of US Safe and they assure us they will send us an authorization and we can go ahead and pay with credit card. We express our frustration about the 5K extra charges and they say we bill based on what they picked up. This character, Marlon Flores, says "I understand your frustration, we never received an inventory. Entrusted Van Lines(lies) never gave us any data. Please call them and work out the discrepancy because there is nothing they can do."

6. PROBLEM 6: Still no money has been paid, yet both companies now have authorizations and no one will collect any money. On 09.19.22, we have yet another conversation with Marlon Flores and he said they will send over a credit card authorization form for me for 1/2 and then I can pay the other 1/2 upon delivery. He claims to do everything within his power to get my stuff to me and apologies with the way Entrusted Van Lines(lies) did business with us. He says, in the future, we should call direct to the movers and not use a company that is selling contracts. He seems to be sympathetic. He emails over the credit card authorization. We complete the credit card authorization and just want this big headache done. We receive confirmation.

6. PROBLEM 6: 09.20.22, Marlon Flores calls and says that our stuff is headed out soon and should be here in approximately 3 business days. I ask Mon - Fri? He says Sun-Sun. I clarify, so 3 days. Now they want full cash payment, but Entrusted Van Lines(lies) hit our account. Marlon claims I didn't submit credit card authorization, which we did do AND received confirmation. SCAM & FRAUD REPORTED

Horrible! Please read this before you book with them. The salesperson gave me a quote of $3,000. When the movers (that they contract out) showed up they called me and said it was $9,000. The way Entrusted Van Lines gets you is they make you pay them a deposit (in my case over $900) when you book but you are only allowed to pay through giving them your bank and routing number so they can get their money. If people were allowed to use a credit card then you could at least fight it with the credit card company. They have lied to me the whole time and I have spent numerous hours on the phone with them. Please choose another company for your sanity.

Wow. Just WOW, this company is absolutely horrible. They have switched companies & contracts multiple times. We almost did not get our items back & had to call in the help of neighbors to stop them from leaving with our items. They are absolutely insane, almost hitting someone in our family with their moving van. Neglecting to care for items, and then having to call the cops. This will be taken to court. In the end we almost paid $6000 when originally quoted $3000. Please please please do not trust this company with your items or your safety. OH and they pulled into the neighbors yard and urinated in-front of their residence!

This company is a complete scam. Vincent was my original contact. Great sales person. Sold me out of $2800. They set me up with a company that said on the DOT website they had a fleet of 1 vehicle and had about 30 complaints of holding items hostage. When I tried calling their dispatch contact person, Lisa, someone named Grace answered the phone and sounded stoned and confused. She had no idea what was going on and when I said I got her number from a dispatch email she said “that’s so weird” before she finally remembered that it was her turn on the scam train that day and was able to look up my account. I texted one phone number once and they replied from a different phone number. One of the peoples numbers I googled and is associated with a drug and alcohol rehab center. This place is just a joke. There’s a special level in hell for people like this.

Companies like this will have to disclose they are nothing more than filthy thug brokers, taking hundreds from you to setup an actual mover. The ones who do the work have to break the bad news to you. The movers you could have gone to directly and saved hundreds if not in the thousands. DO NOT use this company. They are corrupt scammers!

I put down a deposit of almost $2,000, called to cancel the next day and they said I would not recieve my deposit back, even though it was over a week til I needed a truck. The customer service personnel and manager were very rude and not helpful at all. Don't use this company unless you want to put out lots of money for absolutely no service. They use pressure tactics to get you to give them a down payment. Total scammers and liars. I'd give them negative stars if I could, they don't even deserve one star.

This past June, my son and daughter-in-law decided to move to Nashville, TN. We contacted Entrusted Van Lines. Since my wife and I were helping pay for the move, we were given a quote of $4925.89. We explained that they had to report to work on Aug 15th. We were told by the Entrusted customer service rep that it would be no problem. When the movers arrived on Sunday, Aug 7th, they demanded twice the amount we were quoted. They also demanded to be paid in cash or by money order. We did not have the money. After several hours of dealing with Entrusted customer service reps, I told them that we were going to cancel. I was then told that we would lose our $1900 deposit. I began typing a letter to the Better Business Bureau. As I was typing, I received a call from an operations manager named “Danielle”. She offered me $900 towards the move, for all of the inconvenience, if we let them do it. I agreed.

Movers from East West moving arrived on Tuesday, Aug 9th. (Entrusted does not own a moving van). They charged my son an extra $500 but we didn’t have a choice. We expected delivery on Aug 13th and called on Aug 12th to confirm. We were told that the movers had a “window” of between 5 and 30 days. Again, after several hours of calling on Aug 12th, we received a call from Danielle saying that she could have it there the next day. When we contacted East West moving to confirm, we were told that it was going to cost us another $500 or the furniture would not be delivered. Again, we had no choice. In the meantime, I was still waiting for my $900 that I was promised.

After returning home on Aug 15th, I again called Danielle about the $900. On Sept 14th I was offered a refund of $300 which was $600 short of what I was promised. I again spoke with Danielle on September 21st and was told that she would see what was going on and call me the next day. When I did not hear from her on the morning of Sept 22nd, I called the company and was told that she no longer worked there. It was a nightmare!

Do Not Use This Company. They are totally unprofessional. They will not give you an accurate quote or delivery date. They have been reported to the BBB.

If you want to get your things moved and to get it on time. PLEASE DO NOT USE ENTRUSTED, I was not aware they are brokers when I made my booking. My move was from Sammamish, WA to Schaumburg, IL. As per the estimate initially it was 1035 cubic feet. when SAM & SON- 93 RIVERVIEW AVE • NORTH ARLINGTON, NJ, 07031 moving company arrived to pick they said its going be 1350 cubic ft and charged me additional money, I did not have a choice since I had to pay the additional money requested. They did not have enough packing material when they arrived, I had to give them a blanket to wrap up my glass office table and they told me they will add more packing once they reach the warehouse. All my things were picked up on 09/20 and till now as of today (11/14)I have not received my things. Sam & Son moving does not respond to my calls and I have no updates on where my things are or no update on timelines. When I tried reaching out to entrusted van lines they kept telling me SAM & SON moving company has 30 business days and if its beyond 30days to deliver then there is will be a compensation. I patiently waited for 30 business days and today(11/14) when I called entrusted they are saying they do not have any control over the delivery and their accountability is only till engaging a moving company to pick up on the confirmed date, rest is upon the moving company on to when they can deliver. People at entrusted and are very rude and unprofessional. I said I want to speak to the Manager and he(Jonathan) said he is the office manager. Jonathan said he will check with Sam & son moving and let me know on the timelines but he cannot guarantee whether he can give an update today or how many days it would take to provide an update. My total moving cost is $9032 and out of that $6048 is already paid. I really don't know what to do at this point. Sam & Son moving does not respond to my calls.

I paid this broker $1599.00 when I scheduled my move in September 2022. They have five star ratings on their website and the service was outstanding initially. The closer I got to the move I had worries with no communication. I sent my rep an email and her email was bounced back saying it no longer existed. I phoned without any answer today. I finally received a call back from the contracted movers. I did an online search of the contracted moving company to see their reviews which were all 1 stars. People saying not to use them and that it took months to get their items. I am unable to get my deposit returned...of course!!!! My stomach is sick! I have a small window of time to move and cannot take any more changes especially with more loss and costs. Run away from these people as they continue to do business under different names every few months. They are a SCAM!!! Hit and Run Artists that prey on the vulnerable. A move is way too stressful to deal with thieves.

I did not realize this was a broker when I booked it, but the price sounded good, the man promised professional service, etc. Was I fooled!!! Original cost was quoted at 2,718. which included fuel. At x of pick up, the price went to 4330 - stated my cubic feet went from 327 to 599… No. I had to vacate the apartment what was I going to do. At time of drop off…extra 200 in fuel, 75 for stairs, and they threw/broke furniture, scratched floors, and left before carrying boxes up stairs. The company that took up the brokers call: Integrated Moving Solutions.
